At Free Spirit Shop, we want you to love your bohemian-inspired finds, but if a piece doesn't quite match your vibe, we offer easy returns within 30 days of delivery. All items must be unworn, unwashed, and in their original packaging to qualify for a full refund or exchange.

Return Process

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to return.

  Package Your Items

  Securely pack your items in their original packaging, ensuring all tags are still attached and the garment is in its original condition.

  Ship It Back

  Print your prepaid shipping label from the portal, attach it to your parcel, and drop it off at any authorized carrier location.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our team inspects your return, we will process your refund or exchange within 5-7 business days to your original payment method.
